Cancellation & Retention

  1. Registrations cancelled by Authors whose abstracts have been sent for publication in the Conference Proceedings, by November 30, 2016 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. Any withdrawals after November 30th, 2016 will attract 100% retention charge of the registration fee. However in both the cases the copy of Conference Proceedings will be send to you.
  2. Registrations cancelled by Participants for Pre-Conference Workshop by December 1st, 2017 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. Any withdrawals after December 1st, 2016 will attract 100% retention charge of the registration fee.
  3. Registrations cancelled by Participants for Post-Conference Workshop by December 1st, 2017 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. Any withdrawals after December 1st, 2016 will attract 100% retention charge of the registration fee.
  4. Registrations cancelled by Non Author/Industry Participants by January 4th, 2017 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. Any withdrawals after January 4th, 2017 will attract 100% retention charge of the registration fee.
  5. IIML reserves the right to process refunds after the conference concludes.
  6. The cancellation will be done on the discounted price availed by the person for e.g for combo registrations done or special discount availed, the refund will be done on the discounted price and not on the basic one.
  7. Policy (except the dates) for both Conference & workshops remain the same.
